Cancellation Policy

Understand how cancellations are handled at EzyMeal

This Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and conditions related to cancellations of bookings, subscriptions, and services offered on the EzyMeal platform.

1. Restaurant Booking Cancellations

Cancellation of restaurant table bookings depends on the individual restaurant’s cancellation policy. EzyMeal acts only as a facilitator and does not control restaurant-side cancellation rules.

Any cancellation charges imposed by the restaurant shall be borne by the user.

2. Subscription Plan Cancellations

Subscription plans (monthly, half-yearly, or yearly) once activated cannot be cancelled. No refund or partial cancellation will be provided after activation.

3. User-Initiated Cancellations

Users are responsible for managing their bookings and subscriptions. Failure to attend a booking or cancel within the permitted time frame may result in loss of benefits or discounts.

4. System or Technical Issues

In rare cases where cancellation is required due to a system error, technical failure, or payment issue caused by EZYMEAL, such cases will be handled as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. No-Show Policy

If a user fails to arrive at the restaurant without cancelling the booking in advance, it may be treated as a “no-show”. Discounts or benefits may not be applicable in such cases.
