EZYMEAL acts as a facilitator between customers and partner restaurants.

2. User Eligibility

• Information provided must be accurate and up to date
• EZYMEAL reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse or fraud

3. Booking & Discount Policy

• Discounts apply only at EZYMEAL partner restaurants
• Offers are valid only when booking and payment are made through the app
• Discounts may vary by restaurant, time, or availability
• Restaurant management has final authority on table availability

4. Payments

• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways
• EZYMEAL does not store card or bank details
• Payment delays or failures due to technical issues are not EZYMEAL’s responsibility

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Misuse discounts or promotional offers
• Share account credentials
• Perform fraudulent transactions

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Food quality or service provided by restaurants
• Disputes between customers and restaurant partners
• Technical issues beyond reasonable control

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with courts of Odisha, India.
