Refund & Cancellation Policy

Transparent and fair refund practices at EzyMeal

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and payment reversals are handled on the EzyMeal platform.

1. Subscription Plans

Subscription fees (monthly, half-yearly, or yearly) are non-refundable. Once a subscription plan is activated, no cancellation or refund will be provided.

2. Booking Cancellation

Restaurant booking cancellations depend on the individual restaurant’s cancellation policy. EzyMeal is not responsible for any cancellation charges imposed by restaurant partners.

3. Payment Failures

If a payment is successfully deducted but the booking is not confirmed, the deducted amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

4. Discount Disputes

No refund will be issued if a discount is not applied due to:

  • Restaurant-specific rules or exclusions
  • User not following booking or payment steps
  • Offer expiry or misuse

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

  • Transaction errors caused by EZYMEAL system failure
  • Duplicate payments made for the same transaction

Such cases must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.
